Happy, Happy Birthday to our sweet Tessa!!! We are so grateful to have her in our family! She is so kind, compassionate, hard-working, smart, funny, and beautiful! We had a great time celebrating her birthday this year. On Friday night, she has some of her best friends from school over for a party. They had pizza & cake, played games, opened presents, & had a great time! Then on Saturday, we had a family party. We got up in the morning & let her open her presents and had angel food cake with strawberries for breakfast! We gave her money to go shopping for new clothes, so I told her I'd take her shopping after the kids music lessons. She had also been wanting a fish, so we gave her a fish tank & we took her to the pet store to buy a beta fish. It's red & very pretty. After the kids music lessons, I took her shopping for several hours & we hit 2 different malls. She LOVED it! She had a few gift cards from friends, and money from us and her grandparents. And then we finished off the day with a family dinner out at the restaurant of her choice (a steakhouse). It was a great day & we are SO blessed to have Tessa as our daughter!!!
