Refinance

We've been thinking for a while now about refinancing our home to a 15-year mortgage. With the interest rates so low, we figured our house payment could be close to what it is now, while paying it off much faster. Well, now that we feel like we will be here in Bentonville for a while, we decided to go ahead & do it. We were able to refinance our home to a 15-year loan, lowering the interest rate by 2 percent, and our monthly payment is only about $20 more per month than what it was before. We are SO excited! We love to save money, and this will save us thousands! Our home is the only debt we have, and we plan on paying extra on our mortgage each month, so we have it paid of in about 7 years. That will DEFINITELY be a day to CELEBRATE!!! :) YAHOOOOO!!!
