Where does all the time go?!

I think as I get older, time goes by faster and faster. I can’t believe that another year has come and gone, that I will be 37 this summer, we have lived here in Arkansas for almost 4 years (the longest we’ve lived anywhere—2 years was the longest we lived in any one place before we moved here), our oldest child will be 12 in just a few months, our baby is almost 4 years old, and Neil and I have been married for almost 14 years!! Isn’t it funny how, when you are little, time seems to drag on FOREVER? And then as you get older, it seems to get faster and faster, until you can’t believe where all the time has gone? It seems like just yesterday that Neil and I got married! I remember each of our little kiddos like they were just born yesterday too, and I look at them now, growing up so fast. My father-in-law has said that we better not blink too fast, because we’ll turn around and the next thing you know our kids will be grown and married, having kids of their own. It makes you realize that you need to slow down and take the time to really enjoy your family and what you have, because life passes by so quickly. I’m so grateful for my wonderful husband and sweet kids. I couldn’t be blessed with a better family!
