WAY TO GO NEIL!!
Well, Neil just finished two VERY intense and stressful days of testing & evaluation for this Executive Training program that he’s doing. It’s an 18-month program that anyone who works for Wal-Mart has to take, before they can become a Vice President, and they have to be appointed by another V.P. or Sr. V.P., to take it. It is done by an international executive training company, and it’s a pretty big deal. We didn’t know that when Neil’s Sr. V.P. appointed him to take it. It will be great for his career, and we are excited for the possibilities that will come in the future. Anyway, Neil did a great job these past 2 days, and I’m really proud of him! WAY TO GO!!

Is he just finishing or just beginning? Either way, way to go Neil!
He's in the middle. He started the process in January, and then just took the 2-day test/evaluation last week. He has about another year before he finishes the whole 18 months, but getting the testing behind him is the biggest part of the process, then they just do more training and such, and 3 more evaluations over the next 12 months. We are really excited that he's been able to do this. It will be great for his career.
