Home Sweet Home...

So, as most of you know, we have been a bit transient, moving 11 times in our 20 years of marriage (several places in Utah, then Arkansas, and now Canada). We moved for new jobs, new homes, better opportunities, etc. Well… we are going to make it number 12! After moving here to Ontario Canada almost 4 years ago, we weren’t sure how long we were going to stay, and we were here on a work permit through Neil’s job, so we just decided to lease a home. Last summer we got our permanent residency (after a very long 14-month process & LOTS of paperwork), so we can stay indefinitely now. We have been very blessed with a great job for Neil, and it’s been a good place for our family. We never know how long we will be anywhere, but we’ve finally decided to buy a home here--hooray! So I guess we'll be staying a little while longer. If we are here for a couple more years, we will probably apply for dual citizenship (US/Canadian), which could be a big benefit for us & our kids, looking toward the future. We will see… But for now, we are grateful for all the many blessings we have in our life!
