We can't believe that PJ is 16 years old!!! Wow, time flies! We are so proud of Preston for being such a great young man, for being a good example for his younger siblings, for working hard in school, and for just being such an awesome son! We are so blessed to have him in our lives! He still loves art & music, history & science, going to church dances with friends, reading, doing things with our family & friends, etc. He's been working hard at his paper route & has saved a lot over the past couple years. The week after his birthday, he took the written drivers ed test & got his G1 licence (they have a graduated licensing system here). After 8 months with his G1, he can go take the driving portion of the test to get his G2 licence. Then, after another year with THAT one, he can take a 3rd test, to get his full G licence, with no restrictions. It's quite a process here in Canada, but it sounds like it's cut down on a lot of teen driver accidents. It's crazy to think that PJ will be starting 11th grade next year, and will be graduating in just 2 more short years, and then heading off on a mission, then college, etc. WE LOVE YOU PJ!!! HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!
