HAPPY BIRTHDAY CLAY!!

Well, our sweet little Clay is 4 years old! (Well, he will be this Sunday, May 31st). We can’t believe he’s already getting so big! Where does the time go? It seems like it was just yesterday that he was born, and we were in the whirlwind of selling our home in Utah, and moving to Arkansas, and getting settled. But now, 4 years have flown by, and our baby isn’t a baby anymore!

Clay is such a sweet little guy, and such a blessing to our family! He loves playing outside in the dirt, sand, grass, sticks, rocks—whatever he can. He loves playing with cars, trains, tools, “Little People”, dinosaurs, etc. He’s all boy! He is such a smart little guy and has known for quite a while, all his alphabet letters, and the sounds of them all, can write them all, as well as write his name (and all the names of everyone in our family), knows all his shapes & colors, numbers, etc. I think having 3 older siblings that he wants to be like, has helped him learn very quickly. He is very excited to start preschool next year, and I’m sure he’ll have a blast! Clay still LOVES to snuggle. I’m so glad! We love his sweet snuggles too! He’s full of energy and is up around 6 a.m. every day, ready to play! He loves going to eat lunch with his big brothers & sister at school, going to story time at the library, and going to his little “Fit Kids” class at the fitness center (a fun activity class for preschool-age kids). And we all love his happy, fun little personality—he’s such a sweetheart!
