Well, we had a great weekend, relaxing, playing, and listening to General Conference (for those of you who don't know what that is...it's a worldwide broadcast twice a year where the prophet and apostles and other leaders of our church speak). If you are curious, you can check it out at www.lds.org. Anyway, it was great. We took the kids swimming Friday night, and out to dinner. Then Saturday, PJ & Tessa had swim lessons, Tessa had her riding lesson, and we played at the park for a while. Sunday we had our traditional turkey dinner that we do for each General Conference Sunday. We also celebrated Neil's birthday, which is actually next Sunday, but he's going to be out of town for work, so we celebrated early. Also, for those of you that watch the news for the weather reports in our area, we didn't get blown away last week. The tornados bypassed us. However, there are more severe storm warnings predicted for this week. That's one of the downfalls of springtime in Arkansas. But we love it here despite the tornado warnings each spring. (We do plan on building a storm shelter in our new home, though, when we build).
