Well, I guess we spoke a little too soon about the property we were going to buy. The bank called yesterday and said that the appraisal came back below the sales price. We were willing to pay the amout we agreed upon with the seller, and we qualified for that amount, but obviously the bank isn't going to lend more than what it appraises for, so it looks like we won't be buying the land after all (unless of course the seller lowers the price, which is doubtful). However, Neil and I feel okay about it. We both feel like everything happens for a reason. We've had enough times in our lives when things haven't turned out how we had hoped, and then later we are grateful for the way things turned out. So, if it's supposed to work out, it will. If not, we are okay with that. The kids were really sad last night when we told them we probably won't be buying the land after all (especially Tessa, because it dashed her hopes of having her own little farm and a horse at some point), but we talked with them and explained that sometimes Heavenly Father knows whats best for us better than we do, and everything will work out how it's supposed to when the time is right. They all felt better this morning. They were all very tired last night and that just added to their reaction. So, for now, we'll just stay where we are and see what happens in the future... :)

Oh I am so sorry even though you know things work out how they are suppose to it is never easy to tell that to your heart(or your kids). I am almost positive it is because you are suppose to move to CO. :) Kelly
